PAYMENTS

In our online store the customers can use such methods of Payment like PayPal, Master, Visa.

Corkstore will not use the data its customers provide beyond the authorization given by the customers. PayPal is the company responsible for all payments and connections with the bank.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time within Portugal may take up to 2-3 business days.

Delivery time within Europe may take up to 5-8 business days.

Delivery time within the World may take 15-20 business days, depends on the destination.

SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipment cost within EU & UK is 12 EUR.

Shipment cost within the World is 20 EUR.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders from 120 EUR

RETURN

In case you have some doubts and think you would like to return your product, you can do it within 15 days of the Delivery date.

Important: you can return only New and Not Used Product, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

All costs for the return are on the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate the return, please contact us by email bragacorkstore@gmail.com and we´ll give you instructions.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
